It looks like it could be a rolling liquor bar because it has a metal bar on the shelves so stuff does not fall out.  The bottom shelf is fairly tall and could fit bottles in it.  It has a drawer for accoutrements!  Just a thought.  It is missing a wheel.  You could take the other three off or buy 4 to keep it rolling!
